  • 1 c. raw rice
  • cut up chicken pieces
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle rice on bottom.

    Layer chicken, skin side up on rice.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

    Mix water with both cans of soup and heat, then pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325° to 350°.
