  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 33.8 oz.(1 litre) vegetable broth (2 1/2 cans)
  • 16.9 oz. (500 ml.) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 2 tsp. salt/pepper
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
