- 3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 lb. carrots, cut in chunks
- 4 to 5 potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Place meat in oven-proof container with lid.

2Pour both soups over meat.

3Pour water over soup and meat.

4Cover.

5Bake at 300° for 3 hours.

6Add potatoes and carrots the last 45 minutes.

7Don't peek during cooking!
