  • 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.

    Combine oil and milk in cup.

    Whip with fork.

    Pour over flour.

    Mix and press out evenly. Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Cool and fill or fill and bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then at 350° to finish.
