  • 2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 7 Tbsp. warm 7-Up

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a bowl with a lid and a good seal. Shake until it forms a ball (will be sticky).

    Makes two 9-inch pie shells or one 9 x 13-inch.

    Press out in pie pans or cobbler pan.

    Prick with fork for pie shells. Bake at 400° until golden brown, or, bake as pie filling directs.
