- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. cold milk
- single 8 or 9-inch crust
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.

2Combine oil and milk in measuring cup.

3Whip with fork and pour all at once over flour mixture.

4Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened.

5Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom of pan, then press dough up to line sides and partly cover rim.

6Be sure dough is pressed to uniform thickness.

7To flute, pinch dough lightly with fingers.
-
8Do not use a high fluted edge.
