  • 1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 5 large apples
  • dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • double crusts

Directions

    Thaw apple juice.

    Add tapioca.

    Heat so juice thickens a little.

    Add salt, cinnamon and sliced apples.

    Mix.

    Put in crust and dot with margarine.

    Cover with another crust.

    Bake 10 minutes at 400°.

    Reduce heat to 375° and bake 45 to 50 minutes.
