- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. apple juice concentrate
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Stir in 2 eggs and apple juice concentrate.

3Add bananas.

4Mix flour, salt, soda and wheat germ; add to banana mixture.

5Pour into greased loaf pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
