- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil (safflower or corn oil)
- 3 Tbsp. cold skim milk
Directions

1Sift flour and salt together into mixing bowl.

2Mix the oil with the cold milk, and pour all at once into the flour.

3Stir lightly with a fork until blended, adding more liquid if necessary to make dough hold together.

4Divide the dough into 2 portions. Refrigerate until ready to prepare pie.

5Yields 1 (9-inch), 2 crust pie, 8 servings.
