  • 8 qt. air popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil last 3 ingredients until hard crack stage.

    Stir in 1/2 teaspoon soda.

    It will foam up.

    Pour over corn and stir.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
