- 50 grams Cornmeal
- 50 grams White flour
- 1/2 tsp each Salt and black pepper
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 dash Garam masala and chilli powder
Directions

1Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.

2Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.

3Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

4Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.

5Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the dough for 20 minutes.

6Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes.

7Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder.

8They're ready.
