Non-fried Cornmeal Chips

  • 50 grams Cornmeal
  • 50 grams White flour
  • 1/2 tsp each Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 dash Garam masala and chilli powder

Directions

    Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.

    Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.

    Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

    Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.

    Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the dough for 20 minutes.

    Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes.

    Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder.
