  • 2 pounds Ground Beef Lean/ Italian Sausage 1 Lb of each
  • 1 cup Parsley/ chopped
  • 1 Onion/diced
  • 2 stalk Celery/diced
  • 3 Garlic/ minced
  • 1 pound Mushrooms/sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter/melted
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese/ grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 3/4 loaf French Bread/stale
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 eggs/ slightly beaten

    Soak bread in chicken broth over night

    steam chard/ parsley together

    Using cheese cloth squeeze broth out of bread

    using cheese cloth squeeze water out of greeens than chop and mix with bread

    saute onion,celery garlic mushrooms/ add to bread mixture

    Brown meats than drain and add to bread mix

    Add spices , butter, eggs and parm cheese to bread mixture
