Ingredients
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. nondairy coffee creamer
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. nondairy topping
- water enough to fill container to 4 qt. level
- vanilla to taste
Directions

1Mix sugar, coffee creamer and flour.

2Add beaten eggs and one quart water.

3Bring to a boil, stirring continually.

4Remove from heat and cool.

5Pour into container and add whipped topping, cold water and vanilla.

6Freeze according to freezer directions.
