- 1 qt. fresh skim milk
- 1 c. powdered skim milk
- 3 Tbsp. ready-made yogurt
Directions

1Heat milk until warm.

2Do not boil!

3Stir in powdered milk and yogurt.

4Pour into a suitable container and let stand in a warm place overnight (an oven with a pilot light is a good spot).

5The next morning, refrigerate.

6When this batch of yogurt is almost gone, save several spoonfuls for the next batch.

7This will still work if the yogurt is frozen, then thawed for a new batch. Thickness can be changed by adding either more or less powdered milk.

8You may also use regular or 2% milk.
