wide egg noodles
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 container sour cream
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 small pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
1 block Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

Brown ground chuck and drain.

Add spaghetti sauce and simmer. Cook egg noodles and drain; add softened cream cheese and container of sour cream.

Layer in casserole dish, noodle, meat and both cheeses; repeat.

Bake in a 350° oven until cheese is melted.
