Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. broad or semi-broad noodles, cook and drain
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter or oleo
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. white raisins
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Add butter or oleo, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, raisins, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and milk to noodles.

    Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.

    Mix together with the noodle mixture.

    Bake in buttered 14 x 9-inch Pyrex dish at 350° for 1 hour.

    While hot, loosen edges and cut but let cool 10 minutes before removing.

    May need to cover with aluminum foil to keep from browning too fast!
