- 1/2 lb. broad or semi-broad noodles, cook and drain
- 1/4 lb. melted butter or oleo
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white raisins
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Add butter or oleo, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, raisins, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and milk to noodles.

2Mix Ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together.

3Mix together with the noodle mixture.

4Bake in buttered 14 x 9-inch Pyrex dish at 350° for 1 hour.

5While hot, loosen edges and cut but let cool 10 minutes before removing.

6May need to cover with aluminum foil to keep from browning too fast!
