  • 3/4 c. apple juice
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. and 1 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 1/2 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 oz. sliced almonds

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles and almonds.

    Add noodles to mixture; toss to coat.

    Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Spoon noodle mixture into pan; sprinkle evenly with almonds.
