- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Sift together 2 cups flour and powdered sugar and cut in margarine; mix together until it looks like pie dough.

2Press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.

4Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice with mixer.

5Sift 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture.

6Pour over baked crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
