Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. whole milk
- 8 oz. container cottage cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. noodles (1/4-inch wide), uncooked
- cornflakes
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cinnamon
Directions

1Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Remove from stove.

3Mix eggs, sugar, milk, cottage cheese, pineapple and vanilla together. Pour melted butter over mixture.

4Place noodles in casserole. Pour pudding mixture over noodles.

5Press noodles into casserole bottom to cover with liquid.

6Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top (with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon).

7Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
