- 1 lb. noodles
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cornflakes
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Boil noodles for 5 minutes; beat eggs, sour cream, sugar, cream cheese and melted butter together.

2Add lemon juice and vanilla.

3Pour into greased Pyrex.

4Cover with topping.

5Crunch cornflakes, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (crunched) and cinnamon. Refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
