- 8 oz. broad noodles
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. soft butter or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook noodles 5 minutes and drain.

2Combine all other ingredients with hand mixer.

3Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

4Mix noodles with ingredients.

5Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6If this is to be frozen, bake 40 minutes, then, when ready to eat, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
