  • 8 oz. broad noodles
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. soft butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Cook noodles 5 minutes and drain.

    Combine all other ingredients with hand mixer.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

    Mix noodles with ingredients.

    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    If this is to be frozen, bake 40 minutes, then, when ready to eat, bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
