Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. wide noodles
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • salt to taste
  • 6 or 8 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. margarine

Directions

    Cook noodles until tender (about 20 minutes).

    Drain and salt to taste.

    Beat the eggs and add the sugar to the eggs and beat together.

    Quarter the cherries.

    Drain the pineapple.

    Soften the cream cheese and melt the margarine.

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for at least 1 hour and until top is brown.
