- 8 oz. medium egg noodles
- 2 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. apricot nectar
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package and drain well.

2Toss noodles, cream cheese, and butter together in pan.

3Beat together in blender, eggs, sugar, milk and apricot nectar.

4Turn noodle mixture into a buttered baking dish and pour egg mixture over the top.

5Sprinkle with topping mix.

6Bake 350° for approximately 45 minutes.

7Can be done ahead and refrigerated all day.
