Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) box cooked and drained noodles
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 medium chopped cucumbers
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small jar drained pimentos

    Cook and drain noodles; coat with oil.

    Add parsley and pimentos.

    Set aside.

    Chop vegetables and set aside.

    Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

    Pour sauce mix over noodles mixture and mix well.

    Add vegetables to mixture and mix well.

    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    It is better if it is refrigerated overnight.
