- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt
Directions

1In large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, sugar, salt and eggs until smooth and well blended.

2Stir in warm noodles.

3Pour mixture into 3-quart buttered souffle dish.

4Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in preheated 350° oven.

5Turn onto platter. Serves 6.
