- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 c. grated carrots
- water
- 2 (46 oz. each) large cans chicken broth
- 8 oz. noodles
Directions

1Place celery, onion and carrots in a soup kettle.

2Add water almost to cover.

3Simmer, uncovered, for about 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

4Add broth and bring to a boil.

5Add noodles and boil gently for 20 minutes.
