- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, well drained
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place artichokes in buttered casserole.

2Press spinach in sieve to remove moisture.

3Add salt and pepper.

4Arrange spinach over artichokes.

5Beat cream cheese, butter and milk.

6Spoon over spinach.

7Add cheese.

8Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
