Noodle Spinach Ring

- 1/4 lb. broad noodles
- 2 pkg. chopped, defrosted and drained spinach
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook

3until barely tender; drain.

4Mix noodles and spinach.

6onions in butter until tender.

7Mix eggs and sour

8cream and fold in all other ingredients.

9Pour into greased 6-cup mold.

10Place mold in pan of hot water in a 350° oven and cook 45 minutes.

11Unmold onto heated platter.

12Good served with mushrooms or carrots in center of mold.
