Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pkg. sausage, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 c. cooked wild rice
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 jars sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

    In a large skillet, cook bacon, sausage and onion until bacon is crisp.

    In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine all ingredients.

    Cover and simmer 30 to 60 minutes.
