  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • milk 15 cl. warm
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • warm water 15 cl.
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil

Directions

    In a bowl, mix yeast with milk.

    Add sugar and water. Mix.

    Pour flour and salt in a mixing bowl, make a well in the center. Add milk mixture.

    Knead and add 2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil.

    Knead for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous ball of dough. Cover bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap.

    Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Deflate the dough, and split it in 6 pieces.

    Form balls, and let stand for 1 hour on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Flatten each piece of dough with the palm of your hand.

    Brush dough with remaining oil, and sprinkle with a bit of flour.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
