- 6 large potatoes, cubed
- grated Cheddar
- 1 c. onion, chopped
Directions

1Fry cubed potatoes until done.

2Place in bottom of 2 to 3-inch sided baking pan.

3Salt lightly.

4Preheat oven to 350°.

5Open chili and pour over potatoes.

6Sprinkle onions and cheese over chili.

7Place in oven and bake until heated through and cheese is melted.

8Serve hot.
