- 3 lbs yellow squash, sliced
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups soda crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
- 8 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Cook squash until tender, drain.

2Put in baking dish with onion.

4In a separate bowl put milk, eggs and sugar.

5Mix together and pour over squash.

6Mix in the cheese.

7Put crushed soda crackers over squash.

8Sprinkle a little cheese over top.

10Cover with foil paper.

11Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes; uncover for last 5 minutes until brown.
