  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. fresh peeled, diced apples

    In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients.

    Turn mixture into a 9-inch buttered pie pan.
