  • 2 c. celery
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Directions

    In large pan cook celery, onion and green pepper until tender. Add the soup and milk with water and vegetables.

    In double boiler combine tomato paste, coriander, pepper and cheese until smooth.

    Add mixture to original pot.

    Simmer until mixed and add sour cream.
