- 2 c. corn meal
- 2 c. white flour
- 2 level Tbsp. lard
Directions

1Mix all together and add enough cold water to hold together like a pie crust.

2Roll out very thin with grooved rolling pin and bake slowly on ungreased griddle or in a moderate oven, 325° to 350°.

3Watch closely.

4When it begins to get a light golden color, turn and bake on other side.

5Let dry out completely before putting into a container.

6Keep in a dry place.
