  • 2 large Bonless skinless Chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    preheat oven to 450

    Cut chicken into cutlets
  3. 3
    combined spices and bread crumbs in a deep dish
  4. 4
    Whisk together olive oil and lemon juice in a separate bowl
  5. 5
    line baking sheet with foil then lightly coat with butter
  6. 6
    Dip chicken in oil/lemon juice then dip in the bread crumb mix coating both sides of chicken
  7. 7
    place on baking sheet and put in oven
  8. 8
    cook for me 15 minutes then flip chicken and return to oven for 8 minutes

    Take out of oven, put chicken on a plate and eat:)
