- 3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 lbs thinly sliced beef
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Marinate at least 8 hours or overnight.

3Procede with your favorite beef jerky method. I use an electric dehydrator. It takes about 12 hours to dry the jerky.

4Store in an airtight container.
