Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites(or 2 large eggs)
- 1 pinch Baking powder(1/8 teaspoon)
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Ricotta(or 2 tablespoons milk)
- 3 slice Chicken Luncheon Meat
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 dash Cilantro
Directions

1Add all the batter ingredients together & mix until there's no lumps.

2Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the batter to thicken up.

3On medium heat, grease the frying pan.

4Dump all the batter into the pan.

5Basically you're going to cook this like you would an omelet.

6Flip it over when the bottom is slightly brown.

7Sprinkle on the cheese & cilantro.

8After the cheese melts, add in the chicken slices.
-
9Flip one side of the egg onto the other, covering the deli meat.

10Continue cooking & flipping until it's golden brown on both sides.

11You can serve with your favorite salsa!
