  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • extra oil
  • 4 rashes bacon or 4 ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat with electric mixer until smooth.

    heat extra oil in a frypan and cook batter in 1/4 cup batches until golden brown on both sides.

    Keep warm while you cook the bacon and eggs.

    Stack pancakes with the bacon and eggs and sauce.
