  • 1 c. miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  • 1 small (3 3/4 oz.) box vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (18 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix chocolate chips, pecans and coconut with flour; set aside. Put all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat together on medium speed until well blended.

    Fold in chips, nuts and coconut. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 300°.
