- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. white flour
- 1 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Mix and put into 2 loaf tins.

2Let rise 25 minutes.

3Bake in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes.

4Raise heat to 350° for 15 minutes.

5This can be baked in tin cans; cut off the other end after baking and they come out easily.

6Be sure to spray the tins. Makes nice little gifts.
