Nut Butter Pudding

- 1 23 cups milk
- 1 14 ounces cornstarch
- 1 14 ounces sugar
- 3 12 ounces nut butter
Directions

1Dissolve cornstarch and sugar in 1/4 cup of the milk.

2Bring remaining milk to a boil.

3Slowly pour dissolved starch and sugar into boiling milk, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the whole mixture is incorporated.

4Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and let cool a little, still stirring.

5Fold in the nut butter, mix well and divide pudding into 3 small bowls.

6Let cool, then refridgerate.

7Serve with whipped topping, fruit sauce, pears in red wine or roasted plums.
