Nut Butter Pudding

  • 1 23 cups milk
  • 1 14 ounces cornstarch
  • 1 14 ounces sugar
  • 3 12 ounces nut butter

Directions

    Dissolve cornstarch and sugar in 1/4 cup of the milk.

    Bring remaining milk to a boil.

    Slowly pour dissolved starch and sugar into boiling milk, stirring constantly with a whisk, until the whole mixture is incorporated.

    Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly, then remove from heat and let cool a little, still stirring.

    Fold in the nut butter, mix well and divide pudding into 3 small bowls.

    Let cool, then refridgerate.

    Serve with whipped topping, fruit sauce, pears in red wine or roasted plums.
