  • 2 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can coconut
  • 4 c. chopped nuts
  • 5 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 7 oz. jar applesauce

Directions

    Blend eggs, butter, margarine, sugar and vanilla flavoring. Add flour. Blend in applesauce. Roll nuts in flour. Blend in nuts and coconut. Cook at 250° for 4 hours.
