  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
  • 6 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. self-rising flour (not used to coat fruit)

Directions

    Cut up fruit and coat with flour.

    Mix ingredients into batter.
