- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 sticks unsalted butter
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Flour a Bundt pan, sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.

3Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
