  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large eggs, beaten

Directions

    Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

    Drain green chilies and sprinkle evenly on bottom.

    Pour eggs over chilies and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.
