  • 1 1/4 sticks margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, or other nuts

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add flour, water and vanilla, then nuts.

    Roll into two inch bars.

    Bake at 350° 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool slightly, then roll in additional confectioners sugar.
