- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Chop the nuts very fine (peanuts or pecans).

2Beat the egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

3Beat in the sugar a little at a time.

4Fold in the vanilla, salt and nuts.

5Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet.

6Bake in slow oven (275°) for 40 to 60 minutes.

7Makes 2 dozen Nut Kisses.

8Store in tight container.
