- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- dash of salt
- Cool Whip or whipped cream
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add sugar and continue beating until very stiff.

3Mix graham cracker crumbs and baking powder. Fold into egg whites and add vanilla, pecans and salt.

4Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan.

5Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

6Cool and top with whipped cream or other whipped topping.

7Keep refrigerated.
