Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar (in milk mixture)
  • 1 small cake yeast, dissolved in milk

Directions

    Blend the flour, sugar and margarine like pie crust and add the egg yolks, milk, sugar and yeast mixture.

    Mix well. Immediately roll thin on floured board.

    Spread with nut filling. Roll tight.

    Place in greased pan.

    Let rise 3 1/2 hours after rolled.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Makes 4 rolls.
